Our dehydrated, beautiful, colorful and fragrant EDIBLE FLOWERS are much more than a simple decoration! They can be used in salads, to give a touch of color, as well as a surprising aftertaste: crushed in a mortar with lime, coriander and orange, for example, to rub on fish before cooking it.

They can also be used to prepare excellent herbal infusions, on meat, before grilling it, with a pasta dish or with rice, with sweet cheeses, or even on pizza, with sushi... an absolutely trendy match!

To prepare simple but impressive cocktails, our edible flowers can be frozen in ice cubes. Extra blue mallow, marigold, cornflower, lavender, petals and rosebuds...the wow effect is guaranteed.
